Dispute Violation
If you received a violation and wish to dispute it, you must submit your dispute in writing through the web portal, please click the Dispute Here button. You will need your parking ticket number to complete the process. Note: Disputes cannot be handled in person or over the phone.
Fee Structure for Parking Violations
If you receive a parking violation in Excelsior the fee structure below will apply.

Initial Courtesy Notice: Zero Dollars

Non-Payment Violation Fee: $40.00

2nd Offense Violation Fee: $50.00

3rd Offense Violation Fee: $70.00

4th Offense Violation Fee: $85.00 and vehicle will be towed.
Towing
Failing to pay parking violation(s), blocking traffic, or not adhering to regulations may result in your vehicle being impounded. Towing remains in effect for vehicles with four or more parking violations that are 20+ days old.
