Parking Days & Times

Water Street

  • 2-Hour FREE parking max. Must register license plate TO ACTIVATE the 2-Hour FREE parking session.

  • No re-parking - 1 time parking per day.

  • No overnight parking from 1 am - 7 am.

 

2nd Street

  • 1st hour FREE only Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm. Must register license plate TO ACTIVATE the 1-hour free parking session.

  • Paid parking from Monday - Sunday, 7 am - 1 am.

  • Paid parking is enforced 7 days a week.

  • No overnight parking from 1 am - 7 am.

 

3rd Street

  • Paid parking from Monday - Sunday, 7 am - 1 am.

  • Paid parking is enforced 7 days a week.

  • No overnight parking from 1 am - 7 am.

 

Lake Street / West Lake Street / 1st Street-near Commons Playground

  • Paid parking from Monday - Sunday, 7 am - 1 am.

  • Paid parking is enforced 7 days a week.

  • No overnight parking from 1 am - 7 am in designated areas.

 

Excelsior Blvd

  • Paid parking from Monday - Sunday, 7 am - 1 am.

  • Paid parking is enforced 7 Days a week.

  • No overnight parking from 1 am - 7 am.

 

East Lot

  • FREE public parking.

  • Paid parking rates may apply only for special events - per posted signs.

West Parking Ramp

  • Free public parking.

  • Paid parking rates may apply only for special events -  per posted signs.

  • No overnight parking 2 am-7 am.

  • NEW! Monthly Parking Permits Available ($150) - Permit includes 24/7 daily parking, overnight parking, and event parking in dedicated P3 level spaces. A limited number of permits are available. To purchase permit, contact info@excelsiorparking.com

  • One West Drive Residents: Contact the property management company - Red Leaf Partners at 952-236-5400 or by email: OWDmanager@redleafpartner.com - to sign up for your parking permit within the private residential garage. The public parking garage does not currently offer overnight parking permits and overnight parking will be subject to a parking violation.

ADA Accessible Parking - Disabled Placards & License Plates

Vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking placard or disabled license plates are exempt from parking registration requirements and parking fees for up to four (4) hours. After four hours, standard parking regulations and fees apply.
