If you plan to visit the City of Excelsior by water, we offer public pay-to-dock access at the Port of Excelsior.

Sunday - Thursday | 5:00 am - 11:00 pm
Friday & Saturday | 5:00 am - 1:00 am
No boating operation pedestrian or vehicles permitted after closing. No boat launching allowed at Dock A.
