Pay Citation
If you received a citation, you can pay the fee online through the Appeal Citation Pay Here link.
Dispute Citation
If you received a citation and wish to dispute it, you must submit your dispute in writing through the web portal. Please click the Dispute Here button. You will need your parking ticket number to complete the process. Note: Disputes cannot be handled in person or over the phone.
Fee Structure for Parking Citations
If you receive a parking citation in Excelsior the fee structure below will apply. All rates subject to taxes and a service fee.

Initial Courtesy Notice: Zero Dollars

Non-Payment Citation Fee: $40.00

2nd Offense Citation Fee: $50.00

3rd Offense Citation Fee: $70.00

4th Offense Citation Fee: $85.00 and vehicle will be towed.
Towing
Failing to pay parking citation(s), blocking traffic, or not adhering to regulations may result in your vehicle being impounded. Towing remains in effect for vehicles with four or more parking citations that are 20+ days old.
